PCB identification labels

Labels with an identification number applied directly to electronic components, PCB make it possible to track the component production batch. Data related to the production of a particular product (series number) are most often printed in the form of a bar code or 2D code. Identification labels for marking PCB are electrostatically inert, resistant to extremely high temperatures and agents used in the SMT and THT mounting process. Durable imprint resistant to abrasion guarantees readability of a bar code or 2D code after going through the whole production process.

Insulators are elements cut out from dielectric materials whose task is to protect electronic components against all and any power surges that are a result of accumulation of charges. Insulating washers and spacers made of such materials as PET, PP, PC, pressboard, and foil pressboard ensure electrical and heat insulation. Majority of these materials is non-flammable and resistant to high temperatures.

Conductive and shielding tapes and die-cuts

Materials of complex structure (based on copper, nickel, foam) the task of which is to shield electromagnetic interference. Heat conductive and electroconductive materials used on electronic boards facilitate the heat dissipation from an electronic element. The materials are hardly flammable and self-extinguishing, and at the same time resistant to most chemicals.

Surface protection films and die-cuts

Protection films are used for protection of delicate surfaces during transport or mounting. The films are characterised by high mechanical resistance that is why they are most frequently applied to LCD displays and component fronts. Easily removable adhesive has good adhesive properties to smooth and rough surfaces, but after removing the foil it does not leave any residue on the protected surface. Die-cuts made of self-adhesive foil are cut to the shape of the protected element.

Rating plates

Rating plates of optical disk drives are, at the same time, warning labels.  They contain the most important details concerning the manufacture and component details, series number and certificates. The information warning against the hazard related to the improper use are printed in the yellow field.

Product labels

Self-adhesive labels with an imprint are the most common way of marking products. Product labels are applied to a bag or box that contains PCB, LCD displays and other electronic elements. They contain manufacturer details, logo, product name, model, date of production, series number. Additionally, a bar code makes it possible to conduct efficient identification and operation in the whole supply chain.

Security labels

Security labels are used for protecting disks, drives, memories against undesirable opening. An attempt to open them results in the damage of the label and, as a result guarantee loss. During an attempt to tear it off, a security label crumbles, delaminates, and reveals the writing VOID. Security labels applied to the packaging also protect against theft and they are a confirmation of an original product.
