Label applicators

Applicators are industrial devices which apply labels to a product or packaging in an automatic or semi-automatic way. The product (packaging) can move on the production line or be halted for the period of label application. The labels must be first printed and wound on a roll. This solution makes it possible to apply labels at high speed and, at the same time, high precision while eliminating human participation in the labelling process. Automated quality control systems

Machine vision systems, which perform quality control, are used in the production and warehouse areas. They make automatic inspection and measurements of all products directly on the production lines possible. The system is based on high quality cameras and a software which conducts an analysis of a 2D or 3D image in a repetitive way, compares it with the saved standards and deviation values. The integration of vision systems with MES systems and industrial automation systems supports quality management processes in an enterprise.

Imprint verifiers

Devices used for automatic verification of data placed on a product at different stages of production.  Their task is to check the correctness of marking semi-finished and finished goods. In the event of detection of non-compliance, signalling or automatic removal from the production line takes place.

Intralogistic systems

The intralogistics systems are autonomous mobile robots AMR based on automated guided vehicle AGV.  They are designed for the automatic transport of components and products in the field of production and in the warehouse. Moving along designated routes, they transport standard pallets, containers and logistic baskets. The operation of AGV mobile robots is monitored by the IntraFleet system. The IntraFleet fleet management system enables the design of logistics processes and traffic management, taking into account the infrastructure of the production hall and warehouse as well as moving employees. The modular construction of AGV robots facilitates the design of an intralogistics system according to customer needs.

RFID label printers

An RFID tag printer is a basic and essential tool in modern production plants where RFID product identification systems are used.

Such printer makes it possible to simultaneously write the required information in an RFID tag and print text and a bar code on the label. The reader installed in the printer is used for encoding and simultaneous verification of the correctness of the entry. Incorrect labels are marked by the printer in a special way. Very efficient models of industrial printers resistant to harsh ambient conditions in the production halls are dedicated for industrial applications. Thermal or thermal transfer printing and encoding is possible on labels up to 6-inch wide. There are also dedicated printers for the so-called on-metal labels which, due to the greater thickness cannot be used with standard devices.

Markings of RFID pallets and transport items

Markings for production containers containing an RFID tag make their quick identification during particular production operations possible. The application of RFID technology doesn’t require direct visibility of the label during the reading process. Due to various production conditions the markings usually assume the form of durable, technologically advanced self-adhesive labels.

RFID identification labels

Labels with an RFID tag are used for marking all the production elements (semi-finished goods, tools, workstations) for the purposes of automatic identification during each stage of production. An RFID tag makes it possible to write up-to-date information after each stage of production or operation performed on an element. The use of RFID technology doesn’t require direct visibility of the label during the reading process.

RFID terminals

Terminals with built-in RFID readers facilitate the identification of raw materials, tools and products in the area of production. As mobile devices they do not only make it possible to conduct the processes themselves but also provide an opportunity to increase the speed and accuracy of their implementation, read hard-to-reach markings more easily, and modify data contained in RFID tags.

The majority of modern terminals operate on the basis of the Android system. Equipped with a range of communication modules such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GSM. Optional devices can have GPS modules, a camera or 1D and/or 2D code readers.

RFID readers and antennas

The RFID readers together with the attached antennas are used for reading tags located on goods or production containers. They are mainly used for reading production orders, release / receipt operations from the warehouse. The readers are available in a fixed version mounted above the production line, or as mobile devices used during e.g. inventory processes.

Label printers

Label rewinders

Label rewinders make it possible to rewind blank or pre-printed labels on a roll (core) of a necessary diameter. They facilitate the process of label customizing by preparing a roll with labels for manual or automatic application.

Label dispensers

Self-adhesive tapes and fixing die cuts

Self-adhesive tapes and fixing die cuts are commonly used one-sided adhesive tapes used for permanent or temporary fixing of elements. They facilitate production processes by making the process of fixing materials possible. The elements cut out from self-adhesive tapes with a very strong adhesive (die-cut) guarantee very good adhesiveness to various surfaces.
